Plot
SK (Sivakarthikeyan) is a struggling actor who dreams of becoming a superstar like Rajinikanth. He auditions for a role in director K. S. Ravikumar's new film, but fails to impress him. He then meets Kavya (Keerthy Suresh), a doctor, and falls in love with her at first sight. However, he learns that she is already engaged to Vishwa (Anson Paul), a wealthy businessman. SK decides to sabotage their relationship by making Kavya fall for him.
He disguises himself as a female nurse named Remo and joins the hospital where Kavya works. He befriends her and tries to impress her with his antics. He also helps her patients and earns their respect. He also meets his idol, K. S. Ravikumar, who is admitted in the hospital for a minor surgery. He convinces him to give him a chance to act in his film.
Meanwhile, Vishwa grows suspicious of Remo and tries to expose him. He hires a detective, Ravi (Sathish), to spy on him. Ravi discovers Remo's true identity and informs Vishwa. Vishwa confronts Remo and reveals his secret to Kavya. Kavya feels betrayed and slaps Remo. She also breaks up with Vishwa, who tries to force her to marry him.
Remo apologizes to Kavya and confesses his love for her. He also tells her that he has got a role in K. S. Ravikumar's film and invites her to watch it.
