Equipment for a home meat workshop

I have recently become seriously interested in meat processing at home. I make sausages, cut different parts into portions, and try smoking. My old saw can no longer cope, and I don't want to buy something cheap — I need equipment that will work reliably and won't create unnecessary safety issues. I'm thinking about a budget-friendly professional option, but I don't know where to look.

I was in the same situation, and the saw I found here really helped me out: https://mcdonaldpaper.com/skyfood-skex-heavy-duty-meat-and-bone-saw-with-98-inch-blade-1-hp-115v-60hz-1-phase It's a Skyfood SKEX, and it's not just for restaurants — it works great at home too, if you have a separate space for it. The 1 HP power is enough to cut through bones smoothly, and the 98-inch blade gives a clean cut. Most importantly, it's very stable, and the body doesn't shake even when working hard. I was surprised at how much easier it became to prepare large pieces of meat. If you want something reliable and without "Chinese noise", this is a really good choice.
